ArchivOS Enterprise Edition for Land Records is the only solution that leverages your existing Land Records system to digitally enable your Land Records while allow you to utilize the system for other applications as well.  Our software allows the user to scan the documents using any document scanner or Multi-Function device.  Once you have digitized your land records, ArchivOS will leverage your existing Land Records Management system such as NEMRC or other SQL based systems.  By keying in the Sequence Number, ArchivOS will perform a Database Lookup and index the land record images.  Once these documents are indexed into our system, the documents can be searched and retrieved across the network or internet if you chose to make that information available.
